Essential Qualification and Experience:
- The Firm shall have a minimum of 10 years experience as on 31.01.2020.
- The Firm should have handled at least 25 major matters in respect of Labour and Civil Laws before Labour, Civil Courts, Authorities, Writ Courts etc.
- The firm shall have at least one empanelment with the Government/State Government / Public Sector Enterprises.
- The firm shall have a team of minimum of 10 advocates on their panel.
