Position: News Anchor [Hindi and English]

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: As per industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Legal News Reporting: Serve as the lead anchor for legal news broadcasts, covering significant legal developments, court decisions, and legislative updates. Provide in-depth analysis and commentary on legal issues.
  2. Legal Research: Stay abreast of current legal affairs, landmark cases, and legal precedents. Conduct thorough legal research to understand complex legal topics and present them in an accessible manner.
  3. Script Writing: Develop, write, and edit scripts for legal news segments, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to legal terminology. Collaborate with legal experts to enhance the depth of legal analysis.
  4. Interviews with Legal Experts: Conduct interviews with legal professionals and experts to gather insights on legal matters. Prepare insightful and well-researched questions for interviews.
  5. Adherence to Legal Ethics: Uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism in reporting legal news. Ensure unbiased and impartial coverage of legal stories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Additional Qualification in Journalism will be preferred.
  • Previous experience as a legal news anchor or legal correspondent.
  • Must have basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Utilize social media to promote legal news content, engage with the audience, and enhance the channel's digital presence.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for a broad audience.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
