Essential Qualification and Experience:
Persons working under Central Government or State Governments or Supreme Court or High Courts or Subordinate Courts or Statutory Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits:-
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in parent cadre or department: or
- Post in level - 6 of the pay matrix with 5 years regular service in the grade, and
- Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
- Degree of a recognized University: and (Desirable: Degree in Law)
- Having 2 years experience in personnel, administrative and judicial work
