Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree in law from a recognized University

• Minimum 7 years experience of working on Judicial/Quasi-Judicial matters preferably relating to Electricity Laws/Regulations, Contract laws/Company affairs including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, a listing of the case laws, drafting statutes/or legislation.
