Essential Qualification and Experience
• Must be a law graduate.
• Applicant should be a candidate from the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe of Karnataka State.
• Must have at least 15 years of experience as a lawyer.
• Those who have been practicing a valid High Court for 10 years as a lawyer will be given high priority.
• The appointment of a lawyer is temporary.
• Applicants should be a Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe in order to protect the interests of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
• Should be proficient in the subject of Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes.
• The applicant has been granted a maximum age of 65 years with a minimum age of 40 years to apply.
• Women candidates will also be given representation.
• Preference will be given to those who have a master's degree in law.
• Certificate and membership are mandated by the Bar Council.
