Essential Qualification and Experience

• LLB (full-time) from government recognized university.

• The candidate should have min. 04 years of experience in drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, contracts, replies, affidavits, pleadings, plaints, complaints, written statements, petitions, appeals, revisions, statements of claim etc.

• He/ She should have experience in handling civil, consumer, criminal, land and arbitration matters and should be able to coordinate with internal departments of the organization for drafting, finalization and execution of agreements related to various transactions and also be able to liaison with advocates and solicitors in various litigations and seeking their advice.

• The candidate should have good communication, and negotiation skills and should be computer savvy and fully conversant with MS office.
