Essential Qualification and Experience

• CS preferably with LLB / LLM from a recognized university / Institute. Please mention LLB / LLM in the Additional Qualification

• He / She should have min. 12 Years of Post Qualification Experience required to support/ensure all corporate laws compliances as related to statutory matters, and legal matters impacting the company, to save the company from statutory liabilities of the non-compliances with respect to corporate laws framework. These compliances will promote better corporate governance practices within the organization & among its various stakeholders.

• The incumbent will be expected to have knowledge of corporate laws, and SEBI Laws as applicable to the company. He / She will be required to carefully interpret legal provisions under various acts. Should be aware of the latest updates/amendments in the applicable laws. Should have excellent drafting skills especially related to Business Communication (written skills) and should have basic computer knowledge.

• He / She should be persuasive and possess good Influencing skills along with excellent presentation skills.
