Essential Qualification and Experience
• Minimum 55% marks in MBA/ Integrated MBA/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of minimum 02 years duration in HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University/ Institute. A degree in Law (LLB) is desirable.
• Minimum 11 years post qualification in line executive experience in any Government/ Public Sector/ Autonomous Body/ MNC / Private Organization. Out of 11 years, the candidate must possess 02 years of experience in the relevant pay scale or CTC as mentioned in clause No C.5 of the notification.
