Chamber of Advocate Prachi Wazalwar invites applications for the post of Senior Associate (Litigation) having experience in handling matters before Tribunals and Courts in Mumbai.

Name of the Post: Senior Associate (Litigation)

Salary: As per Industry standards. Salary will not be a concern for a suitable candidate.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Degree in LL.B.

• Advocate with 3 to 6 years of experience in appearing before Courts/Tribunals.

• Proficient in English, Drafting, Arguments, Research, and Preparing written arguments/written submissions.

• A candidate with experience in corporate litigation/CS background will be preferred. A lawyer who has handled certain cases independently will also get priority. Multitasking is an attribute that we value.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling corporate legal cases in NCLT and Bombay High Court.
