Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidates must possess LLB qualifications from a reputed law college and should have excellent command over the English language, legal research and drafting.

• Desired work experience level would range from 8 to 12 years, with a 4-year-experience being with a reputed tiered Law Firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• The candidate would be expected to assist clients with due diligence, and appropriate financing for mergers and acquisitions and to provide advice concerning the drafting, negotiation, and performance of contracts for the M&A transactions.
