The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) invites applications for the post of Director (Law), Joint Director, and Assistant Director.

Name of the Post: Director (Law), Joint Director, and Assistant Director

Essential Qualification and Experience

Director (Law)

• Post Graduate Degree in Law (LLM) from a recognized University having a minimum of 22 years of post-qualification experience in a Legal Department in any Statutory/Regulatory/Professional Body/PSU/Industry or in any Ministry/Department of the Government.

Joint Director

• Chartered Accountant with a graduate degree in Law (LLB) having a minimum of 15 years of postqualification experience in Accounting/Finance/Administration in Statutory/Regulatory/Professional Body / PSU/Industry or in any Ministry / Department of the Government.

Assistant Director

• Chartered Accountant having a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting/Finance/Administration/Law in Statutory/Regulatory/Professional Body/ PSU/Industry or in any Ministry /Department of the Government. Candidates with Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) will be preferred.
