Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in law from a recognized institution/university and six years experience in handling legal matters in government departments/ autonomous bodies/statutory bodies/government universities, preferably in Hospital or Medical Institute set up. The experience should be in drafting counters/petitions for filing before Tribunal & Courts, contesting cases, and liaising with advocates on various legal matters.

• The candidates should be well versed with service matters, labour laws and various laws related to Hospital Administration and student affairs. Candidates with past experience in hospital administrative issues will be preferred.
