Essential Qualification and Experience
• A Degree in LL.B. with post-qualification experience of 6-8 years in the field of litigation, both civil as well criminal.
• The candidate must be proficient in English, well versed in drafting petitions, pleadings etc., and should have a comprehensive understanding of court appearances and procedures.
