Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) invites applications for the post of Junior Manager (P&A) and Officer (P&A) on Direct Recruitment basis at ALIMCO HQ at Kanpur and its Auxiliary Production Centres at Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Jabalpur, Mohali, Ujjain and Regional Marketing Centres at New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad & Guwahati.

Essential Qualification and Experience

Junior Manager (P&A)

• Full Time recognized degree in any discipline and Full Time MBA (HR) /Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel / HR/ IR / Management with minimum 55% marks. A degree in Law would be an added advantage.

• 05 years post qualification; Candidate from PSU/government – at least 2 years in immediate lower scale; For Private sector candidate- Fixed Salary per month as per General Condition Clause 6 (check notification)

• The candidate should have adequate knowledge of the factories act, statutory labour laws, and personnel management. Should have good communication skills (written & oral) with exposure to functional areas of HR / IR like training/recruitment/selection/handling/legal issues/employees welfare activities, and general administration. Proficiency in Computers (MS Office & Internet etc.) would be preferred. Knowledge of ERP is essential.

Officer (P&A)

• Full Time recognized degree in any discipline and Full Time MBA (HR)/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel/HR/IR/Management with minimum 55% marks. A degree in Law would be an added advantage.

• The candidate should have good knowledge of HR, Labor Law, and Factories Act, training, recruitment, staff welfare and general administration. The candidate should be proficient in Computers (MS Office & Internet etc.) Exposure to ERP-HR/SAPHCM/HRMS would be preferred.
