Essential Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor of Laws with a good standing before the Bar Council of India.
• At least two (2) years of litigation/ policy/transactional law experience.
• Excellent legal and non-legal drafting and analytical skills, with experience in legal drafting.
• Experience managing day-to-day projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with issues at the intersection of law, technology, and policy especially those issues involving emerging technologies
• Knowledge and understanding of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) and SFLC.in's mission to promote and preserve Digital rights.
