Essential Qualification and Experience

• BE/B-Tech/MCA/master's in public policy/public administration, BA-LLB, MBA (HR) from AICTE recognized institute with desired experience in Client Relationship Management, Incident Management, Customer Care

• Excellent communications skills

• Exposure to social sector schemes/missions of government at the national, state and district level

• Preference will be given to persons having experience of working in the Health sector

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in the healthcare sector at a suitable position in Client Relationship Management, Incident Management, and Customer Care.
