Essential Qualification and Experience

• The advocates or members of the firm should be registered members of the Bar Council of India.

• The Advocates should be familiar with various branches of law, especially those concerning Companies law, taxation laws, constitutional /service law, labor law, contract law, commercial law, Information technology & Cyber laws, Intellectual Property laws, Property Due Diligence, and any other laws of the land, etc.

• In addition to the above, the Advocates are required to have the minimum professional/court experience in similar nature of companies.
