Empanelment Of Advocates (2022-2025) At Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)

Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) invites applications for Empanelment of Advocates for the panel year 2022-2025 to represent the Central Board, EPF before Madras High court, Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, NCLAT, NCLT Chennai, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, District Courts, Lower Courts and Consumer Fora.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The Advocate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university.

• The Advocate should be enrolled/ registered as an advocate with a Bar Council.

• The Advocates are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of a minimum of 7 years for High Courts and other Courts in the State. For NCLAT, NCLT a minimum of 10 years of experience shall be required.

• However, the Central Provident Fund Commissioner may relax the experience or prescribe any other additional qualification or condition as deemed fit.

• Interested candidates are required to submit their application in the prescribed format and shall submit it to Regional Provident fund Commissioner-1, Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, Zonal Office, No. 37, Roypettah High Road, Roypettah, Chennai 600 014 on or before 06.08.2022 by 4:00 PM

• The envelope should be superscripted as "Application for Empanelment of Advocate for High Court, Madras/Central Government Industrial-cum-Labour Court, Chennai/NCLAT/NCLT/State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission/District Courts/Lower Courts/Consumer Fora for 2022-2025."
