Essential Qualification and Experience:

• A retired district judge; or
• A retired secretary to State Government; or
• Any person who has held the position of member or chairperson of any statutory quasi-judicial body at the state level for at least 3 years; or
• A retired chief engineer or an equivalent officer having experience in the electricity industry preferably distribution business.
• Any officer who has worked in the power sector for at least thirty (30) years in the Technical/Commercial field with at least three (3) years of experience working in the State or Central Electricity Regulatory Commissions.
