Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers possessing a Bachelor's Degree in law from a recognized University and holding:

• (a) Analogous post on regular basis in the Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals; Or

• (b) Post in Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals, with five years regular service in Pay Band - 3 i.e. Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-i.e. level -11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7 CPC.
