Essential Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Law from National Law School or a recognized University or equivalent. The candidates are required to submit/attach the experience certificate issued by the Bar Association in support of the claim of practice.
• Minimum 08 – 12 years of experience
• Experience in handling Contracts/Arbitration
• Experience in drafting and vetting of commercial RFPs, Agreements, etc.
• Experience in working in reputed companies/ firms/ practicing in SC and HC
