Essential Qualification and Experience

• Master of Social Work or Master of Labour Studies or Master of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or M. A. (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) or Master in Sociology from a recognized University or Institute of Repute

• A person having a Degree in Law shall be preferred

• Should have adequate knowledge of Marathi

• The candidate should have 10 years' experience of in industrial disputes. Out of which at least 3 years should be in the position of Industrial Relation Officer and Welfare Officer and equivalent.
