Essential Qualification and Experience

• An applicant for the above position must have an LLB and may have an LLM degree from a recognized university in India or abroad with Immigration/Emigration law as one of the subjects.

• Extra credit will be given to retired officials of GoI with Emigration law experience/background. Officials who have worked on drafting and legislative procedures.

• Work experience 5-10 years.
