Essential Qualification and Experience

• Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Commerce/ Law from a recognized University/institution or, Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

• An officer retired from Central Government Ministries/ Departments/ PSUs / Autonomous Bodies, should have at least 2 years of experience of working in Economics / Finance issues and should have worked on a post equivalent to the post of Under Secretary or equivalent and above in Central Government Ministries I Departments / PSUs / Autonomous bodies in pay level 11-13 in the pay matrix under 7th CPC or equivalent pay scale.
