Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from any recognized and reputed College, or Institute or University.

• Fair Knowledge of using computers.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial capacity in the upper bracket of any middle-level managerial position on any reputed law firm/ suitable organization that deals inter-alia with power sector matter; Or

• A minimum of 5 years' independent practice of law in any High Court with exposure to dealing with the power sector matter/ any other Court; Or

• A minimum of 10 years experience in any constituted Judicial Service; Or

• Combination resulting 5 years of experience through any of the above three alternatives.
