The Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) invites online application for the post of Consultant (Legal) purely on contractual basis.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The candidate should possess expertise on issues related to International Trade Law and International Investment Law with a postgraduate degree in Law.

• Minimum three (3) years of work experience or research and studies in international trade and related areas. For one of the two positions, preference will be given to candidate having requisite work experience in the area of Trade Remedy measures.

• Consistently good academic record with at least 60% (or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at graduation (LL.B. or B.A.LL.B) and post-graduation (LL.M or other equivalent degrees) levels.
