West Bengal Medical Services Corporation Limited invites applications for the post of Company Secretary purely contractual basis initially for 1 (one) year.

Name of the Post: Company Secretary

Age Limit: 60 Years

Remuneration: Rs. 60,000/-

Essential Qualification and Experience

• A degree from a recognized University with Associate/Fellow Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

• A degree in law (LL.B) is desirable.

• Should be conversant with the works of the Company Secretary with the application of computer.

• Minimum work experience of 10(ten) years as Company Secretary in a Company of repute preferably in a Govt. Company with expertise to handle legal aspects of incorporation, formation, promotion, amalgamation, or winding up of a Company and all Statutory compliances as per provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
