Essential Qualification and Experience

Business Developer

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Lawyer’s degree are advantageous with having 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.

• Proven business development, and marketing experience in law firm.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional leadership and management skills.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented and persuasive.

• Communication Skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Should be persuasive and have strong business acumen.

• Hands-on experience with the strategies involved to scale up business from Knowledge of IPR (Basic).

• Should have updated cadences to develop a framework to bring clients.

• Should have exposure in mergers, acquisitions, alliances, and tie-ups among law firms in India, and foreign countries helping law firms and legal departments in structuring themselves.

• Promoting new and upcoming niche practice areas, professionalization, and outsourcing of business support functions.

• Contacted potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls and scheduled meetings with the CEO and another source of Social media.

• Conduct initial conversations to understand the legal needs and fulfil the same.

• Use Innovative writing techniques and updated cadences on developed a framework to bring clients on the table and onboard from various industries including big giants.

Patent Researcher / Senior Patent Researcher

• Candidates should have 2-4 years of post-qualification experience

• Understanding and identification of novelty search in patents in various technological domains such as electronics, communication, software, information technology, mechanical, etc.

• Conducting searches for identifying relevant products and/or standards and technical analysis of the documents/literature related to the products and/or standards.

• FTO (Freedom to Operate) searches / Clearance Searches.

• Landscape Analysis, Invalidity, Novelty searches.

• Claim Charting (EOU)/ claim charts based on the relevant products and/or standards identified.

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving.
