Name of the Post: Associates (Arbitration Practice)

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Should be familiar with Arbitration and/or Civil Original side work.

• The candidate would mostly be working on arbitration cases as well as court proceedings related thereto.

• Ability to handle matters pertaining to Arbitration and assist in Drafting, Client Management and Interaction with Senior Counsels.

• Qualified to practice law in India with PQE between 4 - 8 years.

• The candidate is required to have sound knowledge of both substantive as well as procedural law.

• Should be self-motivated, must be willing to learn, and must have proficiency and command over the English language (both oral and written).

• Should have excellent research and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.

• Should be committed to staying for a long-term period.
