Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad invites application for the post of Assistant Director (Law) on deputation basis for a period of one year.

Name of the Post: Assistant Director (Law)

Pay Scale: (Level-11 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700/-)

Age Limit: 65 Years

Essential Qualification and Experience:-

• Officers of Central Government or State Government or Union Territory Administration or Public Sector Undertakings or recognized research institutions or Universities or Autonomous or Statutory Organizations –

(i) Holding analogous post or regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) With five years' service in Level-10 in the pay matrix (Rs. 56,100-177,500) or equivalent, rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or

• (b) Officers of State Judicial service with 7 years' service and presently working in the pay scale of Rs. 39,530-54,101/- rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the parent cadre.

• Desirable - Possessing a Masters' Degree in Law from a recognized University and having three years of experience in teaching law subjects.

• The nominations of eligible officers along with, (a) their bio-data in the prescribed proforma (Annexure - II) duly attested, (b) Attested copies of Annual Confidential Reports for the last five years ( from 2015-16 to 2019-20), (c) details of major and minor penalty for the last 10 years and (d) Certificate(s) of Integrity, Vigilance and Cadre Clearance, may please be forwarded to this Academy through proper channel by 09.07.2021
