Essential Qualification and Experience

• He/ She has practiced as an Advocate for not less than 07 years *continuous standing at the bar, as on the first day of January 2022. (Certificate of the competent authority is required.)

• Prosecuting Officer/ Assistant Prosecuting Officers are also treated to be Advocate and are eligible in view of the Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal NO.561 of 2013; Deepak Aggarwal Vs. Keshav Kaushik & Others and Civil Appeal No. 1698 of 2020 Dheeraj Mor Vs. Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.

• The applicant for recruitment to the Service must possess a thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devnagari Script and English languages
