Legal Consultants Vacancy At Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Of NCT Delhi

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of NCT Delhi, invites applications for the post of Legal Consultant.

Name of the Post: Legal Consultant

No. of Post: 02(Tentative – Actual may vary).

Age Limit: Candidates should be below 32 years of age as on the last date of application.

Remuneration: A consolidated amount of Rs. 60,000 per month, inclusive of all.

Essential Qualification:

• Degree in Law from a recognized University /National Law School/ Institute

Experience:

• Minimum experience of 2 years as a practising advocate related to contractual matters/arbitration /legislative matters/land acquisition and RERA Act.
• The applicant should be conversant with the use of MS Office such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
• The applicant with experience of practice at Hon'ble High Court and Hon'ble Supreme Court will be given preference.
