Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree in LAW from a recognized University /National Law School/ Institute.

· Minimum experience of 15-18 years as a practicing advocate including as legal adviser related to contractual matters/ arbitration / legislative matters/ land acquisition and RERA Act. The applicant with experience of practice at Hon'ble High Court and Hon'ble Supreme Court, and those who are conversant with the use of MS Office such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc. will be given preference.
