Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) invites online applications for the post of Young Professional (Non-ICT).

Name of the Post: Young Professional (Non-ICT) Grade 1 and Young Professional (Non-ICT) Grade 2

Essential Qualification and Experience

Young Professional (Non-ICT) Grade 1

• Master's degree in Economics or Law or Management or Engineering or Candidates having qualification of CA/ICWA/CS.

• Minimum one-year post-qualification experience.

• Experience up to 3 years for PhD holders will also be considered, provided no other work experience counted during those three years.

• Work experience after completion of the minimum essential qualification against which the candidate is applying will be counted as effective experience. Work experience earned prior to completion of the minimum essential qualification will not be counted.

Young Professional (Non-ICT) Grade 2

• Master’s degree in Economics or Law or Management or Engineering or Candidates having qualification of CA/ICWA/CS.

• Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in a Government of India Ministry/Department as a Young Professional/Consultant.

• Work experience after completion of the minimum essential qualification against which the candidate is applying will be counted as effective experience. Work experience earned prior to completion of the minimum essential qualification will not be counted.

• Experience up to 3 years for PhD holders will also be considered if it is in addition to the minimum three years experience in a Government of India Ministry/Department as a Young Professional/Consultant provided no other work experience counted during those three years.
