Essential Qualification and Experience

• Qualified Company Secretary having Associate/Fellow membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

• Three years of relevant post-qualification work experience in the Govt./State Govt./CPSE/Autonomous Body.

• Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB three or five-year integrated course) from Government recognized Institute/University.
