Essential Qualification and Experience

• A distinguished academician in the Profession of Law with a minimum experience of 10 years as a Professor of Law in a University System; OR

• A distinguished jurist not below the rank of District Judge; OR

• An administrator not below the rank of Secretary to the Government of India.
