Essential Qualification and Experience

• Graduation in Science/ Engineering with a degree in law.

• Handling IPR matters, including patent prosecution, trademark registration, and managing IP portfolios. 2. Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing MoUs, MoAs, licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements related to technology transfer. 3. Deal with any other legal cases.

• Desirable: 1. Basic degree in Life Sciences/ Medical Science. 2. Certification in Intellectual Property Law (IPR).
