Essential Qualification and Experience

• Who has held any post in Telangana State Judicial Services or State Judicial Services and retired or resigned:

• Who has held a post in the T.S. Judicial Ministerial Services not below the rank of Superintendent of District Court or Senior Civil Judge or Junior Civil Judge's Court and has a law degree; or

• Who has held a post of Section Officer and above in the Telangana State High Court Services and has Law Degree; or

• A non-practicing Advocate with a practice at the Bar of not less than five years and who is above 45 years of age; or

• Any retired Gazetted Officer possessing a Law Degree or who has passed the Criminal Judicial Test (Full test consisting of Indian Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure) conducted by the Telangana State.

• Public Service Commission and who has exercised Magisterial powers during his/her tenure of service for not less than three years.
