Essential Qualification and Experience

• Who has held any post in Telangana State Judicial Services or State Judicial Services and retired or resigned, or

• Who has held a post in the Telangana Judicial Ministerial Services not below the rank of Head clerk of District Minisif’s/ Junior Civil Judge Court and possessing a Law degree; or

• Who has held a post of Section Officer and above in the Telangana State High Court Services and has Law Degree; or

• A non-practicing Advocate with a practice at the Bar of not less than five years and who is above 45 years of age; or

• Any retired Gazetted Officer possessing a Law Degree or who has passed the Criminal Judicial Test (Full test consisting of Indian Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure) conducted by the Telangana State Public Service Commission and who has exercised Magisterial powers during his/her tenure of service for not less than three years.
