Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized University /Institution.

• This position is open to all, including retired officials from Centre/ State Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Autonomous Body/ Statutory Body/ PSU, should have minimum 20 years of experience in legal matters pertaining to telecom and broadcasting services, well versed in drafting and vetting of regulations and other subordinate legislation, counter affidavits/replies/petitions and rendering of legal advice.

• The candidate should also have experience in management of litigation involving the cases filed before different courts.
