Essential Qualification and Experience

Senior Associate

• Qualified to practice law in India with Post Qualification Experience of minimum 4 years in litigation (drafting, filing and court appearances), with a special focus on commercial litigation and ADR. The candidate is required to have a clear understanding of commercial and contractual issues in a transaction.

• Candidates should be self-motivated, willing to learn and take responsibility.

• Must possess proficiency and command over the English language (both oral and written). Should have excellent research, drafting and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.

Associate

• Qualified to practice law in India with Post Qualification Experience of minimum 2 years in litigation (drafting, filing and court appearances). Should have practiced before District Courts, Tribunals and Higher Courts.

• Candidates should be self-motivated, willing to learn and take responsibility.

• Must possess proficiency and command over the English language (both oral and written). Should have excellent research, drafting and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.
