Essential Qualification and Experience
• As per Rule 3 (8) of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021, a person shall not be qualified for appointment as Presiding Officer of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, unless he, is, or has been, a District Judge.
