Essential Qualification and Experience
Senior Manager (Finance)
• CA/ICWA (Associate Member)/ MBA (Fin.)
• 12 Years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or reputed Private Company with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs.100 crores as per the latest audited financial statements (for current/last organization).
• Desirable Qualification: LL.B./CFA/CIMA/MBA(Fin.)
Assistant Manager (Finance)
• CA/ICWA(Associate Member) / MBA (Fin.)
• 5 Years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or reputed Private Company with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs.100 crores as per the latest audited financial statements (for current/last organization).
• Desirable Qualification: LL.B./PG in commerce/CFA/CIMA/MBA(Fin.)
Assistant Manager (Human Resources)
• Post Graduate degree with a specialization in Human Resources (HR)/ Industrial Relations (IR)
• 5 Years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or reputed Private Company with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs.100 crores as per the latest audited financial statements (for current/last organization).
• Desirable Qualification: LL.B
Company Secretary
• ACS with 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant area in Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or reputed Private Company with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs.100 crores as per the latest audited financial statements (for current/last organization).
• Desirable Qualification: LL.B./ MBA (Finance)/CA/CWA
