• Two years regular and full time Post-Graduation degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) or equivalent master degree with specialization in Human Resource/Personnel /Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Studies from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution.

• Additional qualification in law will be preferred. Proficiency in Marathi language is preferable.
