Essential Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university in India.
• Must be recognized for the practice of law.
• Should have CCC+ level computer skills.
• Candidate should be registered with Bar Council of Gujarat or Bar Council of India
• Should have at least 5 (five) years of experience as a practicing advocate amount which (a) at least 03 years of experience as an Advocate of High Court; Or 03 years of experience in defense in government departments/ Divisional offices on behalf of Government, Supreme Court, High Court cases.
• Knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi is required.
