Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should be an Advocate who has exposure in handling cases for High Court and Supreme Court of India.

• Candidates should have post qualification experience of minimum 3 to 4 years for handling Company Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy cases matters in the above Courts.  

• Preference will be given to residents of Delhi (Preferably South Delhi).
