Essential Qualification and Experience

• For Deputation: The candidate should be working in the same pay scale as in the notification.

• For Direct recruitment: The candidate should be working in any of the following pay scale:- CDA Pay Scale: 5200-20,200 (Grade Pay 2400) (Level-4 of 7th pay commission) for minimum 01 year.

• For Retired officials: - Retired from the scale 5200-20200 (Grade Pay 2800) (Level 5 in 7th CPC). Or, 33,000-1,00,000 3rd PRC in IDA. For candidates working in Govt/PSUs in consolidated pay: Candidates working in Govt// PSUs in consolidated pay may also apply, provided the candidate should have a minimum of 02 years post qualification experience in Govt/PSUs. These candidates will be considered in the advertised pay scale on a contract basis initially for 3 years.

• Degree in Law from a recognized university/ Institute.

• Candidates should have working experience in Legal Department in Govt/PSU.
