Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers of the Central/State Governments/Autonomous Institutions/Universities/ Research Institutions, etc., 1) (a) holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR (b) With 5 years of regular service in a post in the Pay Matrix Level-6 (₹35,400-1,12,400) [pre-revised PB-2 (₹9,300-34,800) + Grade pay of ₹4,200] AND

• Possessing a Degree in Law from a recognized University.
