The Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare invites application for the post of Law Officer (Fertilizer) via Deputation (including short term contract) or Absorption.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers under Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories Administrations or public sector undertakings or universities or recognized research institutions or semi-Government or autonomous or statutory organizations.

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department;

• With two years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pay band-2: Rs. 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs 4800 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; or

• With three years' experience in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the pay band-2, Rs. 9300-38400 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and

• Degree in Law from a recognized university or institute with three years' experience in drafting of acts and statutory rules.
