Essential Qualification and Experience

Law Officer

• LL.B. Degree from a recognized University/ Institution.

• At least 05 (five) years practicing experience as Advocate in High Court Calcutta (both Appellate and Original Side) along with being well acquainted personally with the procedure/ registry /filing of cases at City Civil Court Calcutta, Alipore Courts, Howrah Court and other forums.

Assistant Law Officer

• LL.B. Degree from a recognized University/ Institution.

• Experience related to practice in any Court of Law for at least two (02) years, preferably as Advocate in Record in the High Court.
